Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Your agreement when you book your holiday will be with Honeysuckle Holidays. There will be a contract between you and Honeysuckle Holidays when we accept your first payment (if you are booking by phone), or when the agent confirms your booking.  These terms are part of your contract with us.  The person making the booking accepts the contract on behalf of all members of your party and is responsible for making sure they accept the contract.  We cannot accept any bookings from anyone under the age of 18 years.
  2. Once the booking has been made you cannot transfer or change this without our prior agreement. If you want to make small changes (e.g. party members) we will try to help.  There will be an administration cost of £40.  We are sorry that we cannot accept any major changes to your booking (e.g. change of dates).
  3. If you cancel your holiday, we will not refund any money you have paid. If you need to cancel your holiday please call us or email us at info@honeysuckleholidays.co.uk.  The date of your call or the date we receive your email is the date of the cancellation.
  4. When you book your holiday, you will need to pay a deposit. The balance of your payment must be paid 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.  If you book your holiday less than 6 weeks before the start date you must pay the full amount of the holiday at the time of booking.
  5. All prices are current at time of print and are subject to change so could increase or decrease. The price confirmed when you book is the final price and will not change unless you alter your booking.
  6. When you book you need to give the names and ages of everyone in your party. Only those people of your booking can occupy your holiday home.  The total number in your party must not exceed the maximum capacity of the holiday home.
  7. Your accommodation will be available from 2.00pm on your arrival day. If you think you may arrive after 10.00pm please let us know in advance.  If your accommodation is not occupied by 10.00am on the day after your arrival day and you have not told us you will be arriving late, your booking will be treated as a cancellation with no refund of any money.  You should leave your accommodation by 10.00am on your departure day.
  8. All children must be supervised by parents or guardians throughout the holiday. Where we have events and activities (e.g. tractor rides, feeding animals etc.) children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times.  Animals may be on site in an enclosed area and it is your responsibility to make sure all signs are obeyed.  Always make sure you know where your children are.
  9. Wooden steps are required to gain access to the accommodation and not suitable for wheelchairs or mobility difficulties. We will try to accommodate any special requirements but cannot guarantee this.
  10. All of our accommodation and site is non-smoking. Smoking and the use of E-cigarettes are not permitted in any accommodation or on site.  If you do smoke in your accommodation you will be required to pay an additional deep cleaning fee of £75.
  11. As the site is situated in a rural location there may be areas of uneven ground, unmade footpaths and limited lighting. Please beware of these conditions and take special care to avoid accidents.
  12. You should comply with all speed restrictions and traffic regulations on the site. Vehicles are brought into the holiday park at your risk and we are not responsible for loss or damage to these except where it is caused by our negligence or fault.  Quad bikes, segways, hover boards and the like are not allowed on the park.  We do not have any facilities to charge hybrid cars.  You are not permitted to charge your car using the holiday home electricity.
  13. We are a family holiday park so please ensure your behaviour is appropriate and not noisy, offensive or likely to cause harm or upset to other guests, staff, local residents, or property on the holiday park.
  14. At the end of your holiday please leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. You may be required to pay for any damage you cause to the accommodation during your stay.  We reserve the right to enter your holiday home for maintenance purposes or in special circumstances and in emergencies.
  15. You are responsible for your personal possessions on the site and in your holiday home and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to these. If you leave any of your personal possessions behind at the end of your holiday, we will try to return them to you at your expense but we are not responsible for them.
  16. We provide all bed linen, towels and tea towels for up to 4 people. There will be an additional charge if any further linen is requested.
  17. We are responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of our negligence but otherwise are not liable to you for any loss or damage you suffer. Our liability to you is limited to the cost of your holiday.  Any local attractions you may visit are not operated by us and we do not act as agents for these and so we are not liable for any damage or loss you may suffer when visiting any outside attractions.
  18. No personal information you give to us at the time of booking will be given to any third party.
  19. Honeysuckle Holidays may change these terms and conditions from time to time. If we do so, the new terms will be posted on our website
  20. We will do all we can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible but things do sometimes go wrong. If this happens please contact Matt on 07899 912 212 or Denise on 07748 557 331 and we will do our utmost to put things right.  If we are unable to do so you can leave and a refund will be offered.  If you decide to stay or do not give us the opportunity to put things right first you will not be entitled to a refund.  If anything is not sorted out during your stay please contact Honeysuckle Holidays by email (address at the bottom of the page) no later than 14 days after the end of your holiday.
  21. Very occasionally we may have to cancel your booking. If we do have to do this, we will contact you as soon as possible and you can choose to either have a full refund, or accept an alternative arrangement offered to you, or book another holiday with us at the current price.  We will have no further liability to you for this.
  22. We have taken all care to ensure that this website is correct at time of being published. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or the results of these.  Photographs of accommodation are for examples only and furnishings and decoration may vary.  We are not responsible to you for any unforeseen events or matters over which we have no control.
